A touring squad outside an Edinburgh pub

What it costs

A straight answer on price

Every tour is priced from real quotes for your dates and your numbers, so the honest answer is a band, not a figure. Here is what a recent one came out at, what it covered, and how paying for it works.

What a recent tour cost

Full week

around $1,500 a head for the week

Long weekend

under $900 for a long weekend

Covered

  • Hotels with breakfast, twin rooms, central

  • The international Test ticket

  • The host club fixture, with the post-match in their clubhouse

  • Two coaching sessions at top-level grounds

  • Group dinners most nights

  • The bus between everything

Not covered

  • Flights

  • Travel insurance

  • Lunches and your own drinks

That was a Scotland tour priced in 2026. Yours will land somewhere around it depending on the country, the hotel and the number of nights. We keep the price low to get as many of your club on the trip as possible, and we tell you the band before anyone pays a deposit.

How paying for it works

  1. 01

    A $50 deposit shows who's in

We set the tour up with a rough itinerary and a price band. Every player pays a $50 deposit through their own link by a deadline. No collecting cash, no spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Numbers decide it

If the group doesn't reach the threshold, usually around twenty, every deposit goes back. Over it, the tour is locked in and we start booking.

  3. 03

    Installments, not a lump sum

The balance is paid in stages through the platform, with the last payment due two months before you fly. Pay any amount any time; most people set a monthly amount and forget about it.

  4. 04

    We do the chasing

Reminders go to the players, not to you. You and the leadership get a weekly update on who has paid, who hasn't, and who's dropped out or joined.

Flights are yours

We don't book flights, on purpose. Half of every tour wants to arrive early, stay late or fly from a different city. Book your own and tell us when you land.

Some of your lot already have a bed?

Players staying with family or friends pay for the match ticket and the add-ons only, not the hotel. Partners and supporters can join on the same basis for the weekend.

BUILT BY CLUB PLAYERS, FOR CLUB PLAYERS

We run adult clubs ourselves, so we know what a tour is for: a few good sessions, a competitive game, a few big nights, and watching some crazy good rugby.

No school groups. No youth tours. No parents. Men's and women's adult clubs, from social sides to top-of-the-league sides, and old boys who want one more trip.

We don't over-plan. The core parts are set and the rest is left open for you to go and adventure on your own. We don't come on the tour and hold hands.

Your traditions, your court, your clans, your rules. We book the room and leave you to it.

We get under the hood of local club rugby: a host club matched to your level, practices on local grounds you would not get onto on your own, and the small things that make an adult club tour better.

Our own platform takes the $50 deposits and the installments from every player and does the chasing. The organiser never collects a cent.
