How it works
From a two minute form to the flight home
The admin is the bit most clubs dread, so we built a system for it. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, so you know what you are signing your club up for before anyone pays a cent.
- 01
Day one
Tell us the country and roughly when
A two minute form or an email. Which country you lean to, how long, and a rough idea of numbers. If you have a women's side, say so: a joint tour works well.
- 02
Within 48 hours
We come back with a shape and a number
Within 48 hours you get two shapes to put to the group: a full week, Saturday night out and Sunday night back with a bit of touring, a couple of practices and a match or two in between; or a long weekend in and out of one city, play a match, watch a match. The two combine as a core group plus weekend warriors. Each comes with a price band and what it covers.
- 03
Week one
The group decides, we set up the page
You pick a shape. We build your club's tour page with the rough itinerary, the price band and a sign-up link. You drop the link in the team chat.
- 04
Months 1 to 2
A $50 deposit shows who's in
Every player pays a $50 deposit through their own link by a deadline, usually about a month. No cash, no spreadsheet, nobody collecting money off anyone. If the group doesn't reach the threshold, around twenty, every deposit goes back. Over it, the tour is locked in.
- 05
Months 2 to 6
We book it
Hotel, host club fixture, coaching sessions, Test or pro match tickets where we can get them, dinners and the bus. We use our contacts at the clubs, the unions and the pro teams to make it a tour you couldn't book yourselves.
- 06
Months 2 to 8
Installments, and we do the chasing
The balance is paid in stages through the platform, last payment two months before you fly. Reminders go to the players. You and the leadership get a weekly update: who's paid, who hasn't, who's dropped out or joined.
- 07
Month before
Tour bible and contacts
A month out, every player gets the itinerary, the hotel, the kick-off times, the restaurant bookings and the people to call. The core parts are set. The rest is left open.
- 08
Tour week
You go on tour
We're on the phone and our local contacts are on the ground. We don't come and hold hands. You run your tour your way, with your court, your clans and your rules.
Timing
Ten to eighteen months out is the window. Ten months is about perfect for gathering a group: time for people to save and book flights, not so long that it drifts. The tour itself lands in one of three slots: February and March for the Six Nations, late August and September for preseason (Labor Day weekend suits US clubs), or November for the Autumn Tests. Not June or July, when the clubs over there have packed up.
What it costs · Questions clubs ask · A real tour, start to finish
BUILT BY CLUB PLAYERS, FOR CLUB PLAYERS
We run adult clubs ourselves, so we know what a tour is for: a few good sessions, a competitive game, a few big nights, and watching some crazy good rugby.
No school groups. No youth tours. No parents. Men's and women's adult clubs, from social sides to top-of-the-league sides, and old boys who want one more trip.
We don't over-plan. The core parts are set and the rest is left open for you to go and adventure on your own. We don't come on the tour and hold hands.
Your traditions, your court, your clans, your rules. We book the room and leave you to it.
We get under the hood of local club rugby: a host club matched to your level, practices on local grounds you would not get onto on your own, and the small things that make an adult club tour better.
Our own platform takes the $50 deposits and the installments from every player and does the chasing. The organiser never collects a cent.
